The Adams and McInturffs first met in the summer of 2015 when Mollie, Reggie, and Kathryn volunteered together at a summer camp in Oregon. Over the years, the four remained in touch and after weddings, cross-country moves, and new careers— they all four landed in Washington State and started their adventure as business owners.
After many conversations, we realized that owning a cabin together was a perfect match. A place that could be a retreat from the busyness of everyday life. Where board games could be played, bonfires could be had, and adventure could be found.

Since starting this process, we have all known that we wanted to create a space where people can experience the outdoors that we love so much and enjoy the spirit of adventure that led us to calling this cabin ours! We wanted to create a space that truly feels like a retreat from “normal” life, whether that be for a weekend, an extended vacation, or even a wedding elopement.
You may be asking, why North Bend? Not only do we love this community, but Mollie & Drew are lucky enough to call North Bend their home. We wanted to invest in a place that was accessible (just 30 minutes from Seattle!) while also a perfect launching pad to all the outdoor adventures including mountain biking, skiing, backpacking, fishing, the list goes on.
"We loved our stay at Riverbend Retreat! Check-in was streamlined and super easy, with clear communication and quick responses from the host. The hosts provided a lot of information about nearby activities and restaurants that made our trip to North Bend easy. The cabin was super cozy and was such a relaxing getaway… Even accommodating our sweet doggo! We never wanted to leave- Definitely will be booking another stay and encouraging friends + family to do the same!
